Full-season credentials to Crew SC matches at MAPFRE Stadium are granted based on the following criteria: a commitment to season-long coverage of Columbus Crew SC, a need for and use of media access to facilitate coverage and the outlet's adherence to MAPFRE Stadium media policies and credential applicability rules and conditions.

Upon approval, single-match credentials and single-match parking passes may be picked up from a member of Crew SC Communications at MAPFRE Stadium on the last business day prior to the match by contacting Carlos Mojica.

Additionally, single-match credentials and single-match parking passes may be picked up ahead of matchday at MAPFRE Stadium. All parking passes for media must be picked up in-person at MAPFRE Stadium ahead of matchday or arrangements must be made with Carlos Mojica, as MAPFRE Stadium parking gates will be enforced beginning at 12:30 p.m. ET.

Media Will Call will open again for single-match credential pickup only at Gate 3 beginning two hours prior to kickoff. In 2018, all members of the media will enter MAPFRE Stadium through Gate 3, located on the east side of the building. MAPFRE Stadium opens to members of the media beginning two hours prior to kickoff.

All applications are due 48 hours prior to match kickoff. Please note: an application is not a guarantee of a credential. Crew SC Communications will follow-up if your credential application is approved by the morning of the business day prior to the match.
